• Creation, implementation and realization of the facility management concept for the site (internal / outsourcing)
  • Management of the property, contact person towards landlords, building lease holders, authorities, cooperatives, external partners and suppliers
  • Planning and coordination of all installations (communication, heating, electricity, etc.)
  • Supervision of other activities in the plant (e.g. parking, waste concept, etc.)
  • Ensuring emergency services as well as guard and housekeeping services
  • Planning and support of purchasing and maintenance projects for facilities and the plant infrastructure
  • Monitoring of infrastructure to identify maintenance and repair needs
  • Monitoring key figures, performing analyses and forecasts
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (environmental protection, safety, plant security) and monitoring safety measures
  • Supporting site certification (energy management and environmental protection, etc.)


  • Technical degree / comparable education in the field of mechanical engineering, civil engineering or architectural engineering
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in the field of facility management in a production plant
  • Experience in the field of repair, maintenance, renovation as well as occupational safety and handling of tools and auxiliary equipment in a production plant (e.g. cranes)
  • Experience in the area of plant equipment construction is desirable
  • Strongly developed independence, intercultural team skills, assertiveness
  • English and/or German language skills (communication skills)
