• Processing of customer and supplier complaints in SAP, initiation of immediate measures as well as coordination and monitoring of the process steps in complaints processing
  • Supporting the specialist departments in determining the causes of errors and their remedial measures, including checking their effectiveness
  • Follow-up of internal complaints until the defect has been rectified
  • Carrying out quality analyses and preparing the necessary documentation
  • Leading of projects and moderation of various working groups (quality circles, problem-solving teams, 8D team) for quality and efficiency improvement
  • Regular reporting on the internal and external status of complaints
  • Support in the further development of the QM system and external certification
  • Active material tracking in connection with complaints


  • Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, production and measurement technology or comparable vocational training as a technician
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar task area
  • Experience in the application of problem solving methods e.g. Ishikawa, 5 Why, A3 and 8D
  • Good SAP skills in the QM module and MS-Office
  • Knowledge in the use of measuring and testing equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork
  • Good knowledge of Hungarian and English, both written and spoken
  • Basic willingness to travel
