Business Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

• Responsible for influencing and translating Rheinmetall Hungary Zrt strategic aims & objectives into a Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy in partnership with the Management Team and key business stakeholders
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice CI vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
• Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the CI strategy
• Identify, develop, deliver and support business improvement opportunities within the organization and the execution of change initiatives
• Coach and facilitate teams and individuals to identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Identify and deploy the technical skill sets, resource levels and systems to deliver CI projects, including the engagement of external resources as required
• Ensure relevant on-going learning and development of all employees in CI tools & techniques and communication methods
• Hold ultimate responsibility to ensure the quality, value, and sustainability of business improvement projects under their guidance
• Coordinate and lead activities across the business and work to develop a culture that seeks perfection, transparency, values openness, respect, creativity and challenges the status quo
• Define, develop and publish business improvement process documentation to reflect best practice

• Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or comparable field of study
• Professional English and Hungarian language skills, German language skills are an advantage
• Project and/or Change Management qualification is an advantage
• Experience in low volume, complex manufacturing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
• Commercially and financially skilled 
• MS Office knowledge
• Willingness to travel on business trips
