WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Designing, implementing, and operating CI, protected branches and promotion pipelines with automated rollbacks
- Integrating SAST / SCA, SBOM generation, image scanning and cosign signing as well as enforcing admission verification so only attested images deploy
- Defining immutability & retention policies, cleanup jobs as well as cache strategies
- Shipping golden templates, bootstraping new services quickly, standardizing build images and baking in secure defaults
- Integrating Vault / External Secrets Operator, removing long-lived credentials and rotating as well as auditing
- Instrumenting CI metrics, GitOps health and promotion lead time, eliminating flakes and tighten SLAs
- Automating everything as code, repeatable environments, zero-touch runners, and one-click rollbacks
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in DevOps / Platform / Build Engineering with production Kubernetes delivery
- Experience with shipping and operating GitOps as well as strong opinions on approvals, protected branches and promotion gates
- Familiarity with implementing scanners, signing and SBOMs in real pipelines
- Know-how in Pipeline Security best practices
- Proven experience with CI / CD and GitOps at depth
- Very good knowledge of English written and spoken, German as a plus
