We are looking for a motivated Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Inspector (m/f/d) to support our safety team in a technologically dynamic environment. You will help ensure that workplace safety standards are followed, risks are minimized, and our employees are protected. Your role will include inspections, reporting, and assisting with safety-related projects, including fire protection, equipment maintenance, and safety awareness initiatives.

 

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of occupational safety and health policies, procedures, and standards
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits, and follow up on corrective actions
  • Maintain and update the hazardous substances register and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and provide guidance on safe chemical handling
  • Assist in planning and delivering training sessions and awareness campaigns to promote a positive safety culture
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners such as authorities, occupational physicians, and safety committees
  • Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) Inspector / Specialist certification – minimum 80 hours, including fire protection (PSI)
  • Technical background or relevant work experience is a plus
  • Some experience in occupational safety, hazardous substances management, or similar industrial environments is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of safety laws, regulations, and standards (ISO 45001, NEBOSH is a plus)
  • Good communication skills and the ability to clearly explain safety measures
  • Romanian native language; English at a working level (B2+); German is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Organized, proactive, and confident in supporting safety initiatives
