HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

In the role of the HR Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to support and help shape the development of our new site from the ground up. In addition to an exciting and motivating role, you will also have personal and professional opportunities as the plant grows.

• Supporting the establishment of organizational structures for the new entity in Baisogala
• Implementation of strategic personnel planning in coordination with management
• Performing labor-related tasks: drafting contracts, job descriptions and other HR documents related to the creation, amendment and termination of employment contracts
• Implementation and optimization of HR processes (e.g. onboarding, training, etc.)
• Professional support of employees and managers in all HR matters along the employee life cycle
• Point of contact to payroll and HR development as well as maintenance of monthly reports
• Coordinating and performing selection tasks during the recruitment processes
• Participation in HR projects

• Completed business degree with a focus on human resources or comparable training
• 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Innovative, creative and communicative HR personality with strong hands-on mentality
• Knowledge of local labor law
• Good written and spoken English knowledge
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors advantageous
