WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The NDT Intern will be tasked with understanding the theory and applying it in a practical manner.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Inservice training for Radiation Testing
- Support NDT technicians in daily operations and equipment maintenance.
- Record and analyse inspection results in line with quality standards.
- Assist with report compilation and data capturing.
- Comply with safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times
- Identifying process limitations
- Problem solving
- Assist with investigations
- Adheres and implements Rheinmetall Denel Munitions Policies and Procedures and ensures compliance to ISO Standards with respect to SHE/Quality/Environmental/Energy.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
POST REQUIREMENTS
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- NDT qualification subjects completed (S5).
- Fully computer literate (all MS Office packages).
- Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Clear security screening.
- Good Planning and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow is required.
