WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As a system/development engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the holistic mechanical integration of conversion kits into military vehicles.

 

  • Realization of customer-specific projects in compliance with internal design guidelines and the customer's specifications in an interdisciplinary team
  • Supporting and supervising internal and external designers (m/f/d) in the realization of sub-projects
  • Independently creating design documents, documentation, calculations, production-ready individual and assembly drawings
  • Creating design concepts for the assemblies to be integrated
  • Conducting feasibility studies and technical analyses for new projects
  • Initiation, support and documentation of the verification and validation of designs
  • Support of the team leader (m/f/d) in the creation of work packages
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Degree in mechanical engineering/mechatronics with a focus on automotive engineering, electrical engineering or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of construction
  • Knowledge of controlling external companies is an advantage
  • Confident handling of CAD programs, e.g. Siemens NX, CATIA or comparable
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong team skills and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for work
