Teamlead Protection Tracked (m/f/d)

• Technical team leadership in project work on various high-priority topics (e.g. LYNX / KF51 / BPz / PiPZ)
• Project management by controlling the use of resources within projects
• Processing of project-specific tasks and estimation of AP for project processing
• Processing and resource planning for new research and development topics
• Technical leadership of employees within the protection department

• A successfully completed degree in materials science, mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in a technical environment, e.g. plant engineering or special machine construction, ideally in the automotive and/or defence industry
• Experience in team management is an advantage
• Experience in project work in the field of materials science
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Organisational skills in all areas and strong conflict resolution skills
• Willingness to travel
