Head of Logistics (m/f/d)

• Strategic planning and management of logistics, warehousing and transport
• Efficient organisation of the warehouse and continuous optimization of work and process flows, taking into account operational specifications and objectives
• Ensuring the smooth running of all logistics processes within our plant
• Development, implementation and maintenance of key figures and data analysis for performance assessment and optimization of processes relating to the movement of goods
• Organisational and disciplinary personnel responsibility, including personnel deployment planning
• Inventory monitoring and ensuring material availability
• Establishing lean management practices and coordinating and managing projects
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety, statutory warehouse and transport regulations, safety, accident prevention and environmental regulations

• Successfully completed training or studies in logistics or a comparable field
• Several years of professional and management experience in a comparable position in a manufacturing company
• Very good MS Office and ERP skills, ideally SAP
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Strategic thinking and action coupled with a pragmatic approach
• High level of teamwork, organisational, communication and motivational skills
• Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English
