Material Manager and Disposition (m/f/d)

In this operational role, you will take responsibility for ensuring material availability and act as the main interface between production and suppliers. Your main tasks will be:

• Secures on time material availability for production
• First point of contact for production regarding material shortages
• Determines the volume to be ordered and calls off material from existing fram contracts
• Manages order confirmations and kicks off escalation process upon need
• Communicates material changes with the suppliers
• Participates in project meetings and prepares regular project updates

• Bsc degree in the field of economics / industrial engineering or high school degree with several years of experience in Supply Chain
• Professional experience in operative purchasing or other fields of Supply Chain is an advantage
• Good MS Office knowledge required ( Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Ability to handle conflicts and to work under pressure
• Proactiveness, team player
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Very good communication skills both in English and Hungarian, German is an advantage
