Calculation Engineer (m/f/d)

• Implementation of FEM simulations in the concept phase of design for optimized component design
• Cross-project execution of strength verifications, for example according to FKM, as well as documentation of results
• Coordination of simulation service providers including commissioning, data transfer, technical management as well as budget and deadline control

• Successfully completed diploma or master's degree in the field of mechanical engineering, measurement technology with a focus on numerical mechanics, FEM simulation or comparable
• Professional experience in the field of FEM and solid mechanics
• Strong expertise in the field of implicit and explicit FEM analyses
• Sound knowledge of model preparation and evaluation with ANSA/META
• Good knowledge of Python
• Experience in the field of fatigue strength
• Independent and structured way of working
• Willingness to travel
