Senior Specialist Application Administrator (m/f/d)

• Ensuring the operational running of applications in the production environment
• 2nd level support & 3rd level coordination
• Monitoring and performance management
• Ensuring compliance with SLAs
• Analysis of weak points/causes (continuous service improvement) and derivation of measures for action

The position can be filled at the locations Berlin, Düsseldorf, Neuenstadt, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß and Bremen.

• Professional degree and/or comparable training in IT
• Several years of professional experience in administrating business-critical applications
• Extensive know-how in IT service management  and the design of service processes, as well as knowledge in project management, preferably with certification (ITIL)
• Initial knowledge of process flows in manufacturing companies and/or logistical processes is desirable
• Strong initiative and self-motivation
• Customer and goal oriented, working in team disposition
• Good communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (20-25%)
