Deputy Site Manager (m/f/d)

• Assisting the site manager in coordinating the various specialist services on site
• Acting as the client’s (BAIUDBw site office) deputy contact person on site
• Assisting with site management in accordance with the Regulation on Health and Safety on Construction Sites (Construction Site Regulation)
• Coordination with the project’s technical management (internal)
• Change management (internal)

• Technical qualification in the relevant field (construction technician or equivalent qualification)
• Specialist experience in similar projects
• Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills
• Knowledge of MS Project
• Experience in a military context is desirable
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external partners
• Structured, systematic and solution-oriented approach to work
• The ability to analyse technical issues quickly and propose pragmatic solutions
• Willingness to take on responsibility and prepare decisions
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate effectively in an international environment
