About the Role
As Director of Security, you will lead an integrated security capability across Information, Physical and Cyber Security, protecting our people, assets and operations.
Reporting to the Australian leadership team, you will oversee security governance, risk management and operational delivery, while partnering with senior leaders across the business. You will also build and support a high-performing team and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Proven ability to lead, develop and inspire high-performing, diverse teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture;
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation:
- Extensive professional and leadership experience within Security capability;
- Post graduate qualification in Information Security, Cyber Security, Security Management, Criminal Justice or comparable qualifications;
- One or more of the following certifications – CPP, CRM, CISM, DISP Security Officer
- Previous experience working within Defence or on Defence projects with working knowledge of DISP, PSPF, DSPF, ISM;
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance – NV2 (Australian Citizenship required).
