Field Service Coordinator (m/f/d)

• Planning, scheduling, and coordinating the daily work of Field service technicians
• Liaising with relevant departments and customers to ensure task progress
• Identifying, addressing and documenting faults and technical issues
• Overseeing the procurement of work materials, equipment and tools
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and quality standards
• Preparing reports for management
• Proposing new technologies and technical solutions and supporting their implementation

Please note that the work takes place at the client's site, primarily in Hódmezővásárhely and to a lesser extent, nationwide in cooperation with the Hungarian Defence Forces

• Qualification in mechanical or automotive mechanics, mechatronics, automotive or agricultural mechanics or heavy machinery mechanics
• Forklift and crane operator licence and bridge crane operator experience
• Vehicle air conditioning mechanic (F-gas) exam is an advantage
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
•  Experience in assembling modern agricultural or heavy machinery
• Category B driver's licence
• Fluent English language skills, spoken and written
