WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Coordination and monitoring of incoming and outgoing logistics activities
- Planning and coordination of domestic and international shipments
- Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring on-time deliveries to customers and production
- Coordination with suppliers, logistics service providers and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow
- Preparation and maintenance of shipping, customs and logistics documentation
- Monitoring inventory movements and supporting warehouse operations when required
- Identification and implementation of logistics process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements and applicable regulations
- Regular coordination with Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or comparable field of study
- Professional experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation or warehouse coordination is advantageous
- Good understanding of logistics processes and inventory management principles
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is considered an advantage)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Independent and self-reliant way of working
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to business travel if required
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Romanian; German language skills are considered an advantage
