Logistics Specialist (m/f/d)

• Organization and execution of road, sea, air and rail shipments
• Selecting freight forwarders, requesting and evaluating quotes
• Preparing freight contracts; managing waybills and shipping documentation
• Tracking shipments, preparing status reports
• Preparing cost optimization recommendations
• Handling complaints and claims
• Coordination of import and export customs procedures
• Preparation of customs documents
• Liaising with customs agencies and authorities
• Handling of freight shipments within and outside the EU
• Maintaining contact with partner departments at the national and international levels
• Liaising with suppliers, customers, and carriers
• Reporting inventory movements
• Preparing reports for management

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or economics
• Customs certification is an advantage
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in international logistics and customs
• Experience in freight forwarding (within and outside the EU)
• User-level knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP is a advantage
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, both spoken and written
• Punctuality, willingness to learn and team spirit
