WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- First line IT support for production lines and office users
- Handling Software and Hardware issues on client and server side
- Participating in local (and central) technical and application development
- Supporting local workflows with different IT departments
- Assisting the local IT department during ISO/audit preparation
- Supporting server (virtual) and local IT infrastructure (switch/router/FW)
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in the field of IT preferred
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Knowledge of IT workflows, technologies and applications
- Practical knowledge of IT systems maintenance
- Experience in user rights controlling
- Excellent knowlede of common standard SW applications (e.g. MS-Office, SAP)
- Virtual servers and basic network knowledge in the field of LAN, WAN, WLAN, Active Directory, DHCP, ARP, TCP/IP, MAC
- Good written and spoken English and/or German skills
- Analytical thinking and affinity for new technologies
