WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Actively support production line transfers and ramp-up activities from a quality perspective
- Manage daily production quality topics and drive sustainable corrective actions
- Ensure and improve quality documentation and processes
- Participate in capability studies to ensure process stability
- Analyze and evaluate production data using Minitab or similar analytical software
- Provide input and actively participate in FMEA and Business Excellence workshops
- Conduct internal audits according to VDA or IATF standards (advantage)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality targets are achieved
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Degree in engineering, any other technical field, or comparable qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality-related position in production
- Proven experience in project ramp-up activities
- Strong knowledge of capability studies (Cp, Cpk, etc.)
- Good understanding of process drawings and specifications
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, German is an advantage
- Team-oriented, solution-driven, and proactive mindset
- Willingness to travel and intercultural competence
