Project Manager (m/f/d)

• Planning, coordinating and managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with quality requirements
• Coordinating cross-functional project teams, including Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Logistics and Quality
• Monitoring project milestones, deliverables, budgets and project risks
• Preparing and maintaining project schedules, action plans and status reports
• Managing project-related communication with internal stakeholders and customers
• Identifying project risks and implementing appropriate mitigation measures
• Coordinating project meetings and tracking action items to ensure timely completion
• Supporting change management activities and ensuring proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures and applicable regulations

• Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive or defense industry
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or equivalent) is considered an advantage
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in managing cross-functional and international projects
• Good understanding of project planning tools and ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
• Independent and self-reliant way of working
• Willingness to business travel
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Romanian; German language skills are considered an advantage
