Senior Controller (m/f/d)

• Business planning and forecasting, as well as the preparation of internal reports for the Baisogala plant
• Actively contributing to the development and improvement of the cost and performance accounting and reporting system
• Perform monthly and annual closing tasks
• Carrying out plan-to-actual comparisons, identifying and documenting the reasons for variances in collaboration with the departments concerned
• Responsible for providing information to local management and creating presentations when necessary
• Contribute to medium-term balance sheet and liquidity planning
• Support with CAPEX and net working capital management
• Assisting in external and internal audits and their preparation

• Completed studies in Finance and Industrial Engineering
• Several years of experience in controlling
• Solid knowledge of cost and performance accounting on an industrial scale
• Confident in MS-Office, excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of IFRS accounting is a plus
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, would be an advantage
• Analytical mindset and ability to work independently
• A personal drive to gain the best possible understanding of the plant, including all its assets, products, and processes
• Good communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken Lithuanian and English
