Business Process Consultant Aftersales, Service & Spare Parts (m/f/d)

• Gathering of requirements for the searched process area and elaboration of solution approaches
• Analysis and documentation of the requirements of business processes that require an IT solution
• Consulting of the departments: After Sales, Service and Integrated Logistics in the optimization and further development of business processes, with the aim of a global harmonization strategy
• Coordination and consulting for Demands in cooperation with the business unit and Demand Management

The position can be filled at the locations Berlin, Düsseldorf, Neuenstadt, Kassel, Kiel, Bremen and Unterlüß.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of (business) information technology, engineering, business administration or comparable training
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the sought-after field of activity
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP software for the area you are looking for
• Business fluent in written and spoken English
• High customer orientation and a proactive approach to information and communication
• Willingness to undertake occasional international business trips
