WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Receiving and recording incoming customer complaints
- Preliminary analysis of complaints
- Performing root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, RCCA, 8D)
- Determining corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinating actions (containment, corrective, preventive) between production, engineering, and quality assurance
- Preparing detailed test reports and other reports
- Handling customer feedback and communicating status continuously
- Verifying compliance with military standards (e.g. MIL-STD, NATO AQAP)
- Tracking complaint data and analyzing trends
- Using quality modules in the SAP system
- Supporting the complaint process and maintaining customer relations at customer sites (willingness to travel)
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or comparable
- 3+ years' experience in a complaint-related field/position
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, German is an advantage
- Work independently with MS Office
- Accuracy
- Ability to make decisions
- Organizational skills
- Ability to develop, self-development
- Conflict management skill
