About the Team
Located at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence (MILVEHCOE), our In-Service Support team liaise and support our Customer (Commonwealth of Australia) in providing technical support to our delivered platforms. The Technical Support Lead – Boxer In-Service, will lead the Technical Support team and champion the Technical Investigation process.
About the Role
As the Technical Support Lead – Boxer In-Service, you will interface with a number of internal departments and our Customer to ensure that we are able to adhere to contractual requirements and budget. The Technical Support Lead will provide leadership and technical oversight to Boxer In-Service Support queries, ensuring a timely delivery of our solutions to the Customer. The successful candidate will demonstrate capabilities in Stakeholder Management, Risk Management Performance Monitoring and Reporting; and will also help drive Continuous Improvement within RDA.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Experience in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering;
- Minimum trade or tertiary level qualification in Engineering;
- Experience in Design and Development of Military Vehicles (Highly Desired);
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team;
- Demonstratable experience working with multidisciplinary Stakeholders;
- Ability to travel internationally and interstate when required;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Sharepoint, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint); and
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
