The team comprises a diverse group of finance professionals with wide experience working collaboratively to deliver outstanding accounting, treasury and financial reporting outcomes in the business.

About the Role

The Assistant Accountant will be part of the finance team with a key focus on assisting with financial accounting, financial reporting, external audit and treasury requirements.

The Assistant Accountant will play a key part in accounts receivable / payable, fixed assets accounting and support with the finance reporting for end of month tasks. This role would be a great fit for a person that has a couple of years’ experience outside of their degree and wants to job a company that can help achieve their CPA.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes: 

• Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or similar discipline;
• Pursuing or have obtained a CPA/CA qualification;
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in general accounting practices including accounting standards;
• Ability to travel internationally and interstate, when required; and
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
