WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Working closely with engineering, materials procurement and quality departments
- Creation of work plans and parts lists
- Processing orders for plant repairs, new production and retrofitting to specifications
- Design change management interpretation and implementation
- Coordinate production schedules
- Specification of internal or external processing
- Preparation of cost estimates
- Creation and presentation of evaluations and reportings
- Optimization of manufacturing processes
- Preparation of assembly instructions and standard work instructions
- Definition of production processes and value streams in Operations prior to production start-up
- Further development of work preparation (e.g. creation of work plans, REFA, MTM and workplace design)
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronic engineering, vehicle engineering (B.Sc., M.Sc.)
- Min. 2 years professional experience in vehicle production area
- Practical attitude, good technical knowledge
- Strong knowledge of lean management methods, work preparation, and logistics
- Good knowledge in assembly and maintenance processes
- Electronics, control engineering skills
- Good command on SAP in the modules MM and PP
- User level knowledge of MS Office. Teamcenter knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical mindset and ability to work independently and responsibly
- Confident written and spoken English
- Adaptability to new processes and components
- Strong Hungarian and English knowledge written and spoken
