Expert SAP Consultant - Logistics (WM, MM-IM) (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for SAP module support and customizing, primarily of the modules WM and MM-IM (LO, LE), and ensuring the smooth running of operations as service lead
• Professional leadership of internal application consultants (m/f/d) as well as control and coordination of external service providers with regard to the implementation of IT requirements and IT project work
• Active participation in 2nd and 3rd level support for incident management and change management as well as contact person for key users (m/f/d)
• Advising and supporting our business partners in the context of procedural support and optimization, new development and design of business processes in the area of logistics/warehouse management and their systemic implementation within the applications
• Creation of technical solution/implementation concepts and realignment of existing applications in the area of logistics
• Support in the implementation and testing of software components and developments

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or an apprenticeship with a comparable background
• Several years of professional experience in consulting and application management, particularly in an SAP environment
• Many years of experience in managing external service providers and coordinating internal colleagues (m/f/d)
• Extensive knowledge in the area of operation and user support of logistics-related applications (SAP and non-SAP)
• Extensive knowledge of business processes in the area of warehouse and inventory management as well as related logistics processes
• Good to very good knowledge of SAP WM and MM (customizing, debugging)
• In-depth know-how and experience in the area of business process modeling and ITIL
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to travel for project-related purposes
