Product Manager - Aerial Armament (m/f/d)

Functions:

• Responsible for the development of products in the defense sector, mainly in the area of weapons systems and aerial ammunition
• Manage research, design and product development projects for the national and international aerospace and defense sector
• Manage multifunctional development projects in different geographical areas and with various public and private organizations
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout the project and product lifecycle
• Lead the strategy to generate value and profitability in the short and long term of the product line
• Develop strategic plans for the product portfolio
• Promote profitable investments in the development of products demanded by users
• Assess the status and monitor the development of the project
• Provide technical support to the sales department in offers, promotion and contract negotiation
• Define the roadmap of the products

Location: Madrid, Spain.

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering
• English advanced
• At least 3 years of experience in design & development of aerospace systems, weapons, guided ammunition, UAVs...
• Experience in Team leadership and business development, Negotiations, risk assessment and mitigation, cost control
