Export Controll Specialist (m/f/d)

• Acting on behalf of and representing the Export Control Manager in dealings other internal and external departments and authorities
• Drafting official reports for the manager
• Collecting and maintaining export control data from other departments
• Preparing applications for official permits and monitoring the validity
• Preparing end-user declarations for signature
• Preparing and tracking official reports
• Updating training materials and organising training sessions

• Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Logistics or Economics
• At least 3 years of verifiable professional experience in a multinational environment in the fields of logistics, international trade or
  economics
• Good communication skills and problem solving ability
• User level of Microsoft Office package and enterprise planning systems (SAP)
• Proficient or advanced level of Hungarian and English
