HSE Coordinator (m/f/d)

Rheinmetall Hungary Munitions Zrt., a member of the Rheinmetall Group, is looking for an HSE Coordinator for its new factory in Várpalota.

• Ensuring, monitoring and continuously improving legal compliance
• Performing all work safety licensed activities independently
• Aligning with environmental and fire protection service providers, providing professional control
• Management and development of an occupational safety management system
• Preparation of statistics and management system documentation
• Providing active support for development and investment processes
• Liaise with public authorities (HSE) and other departments
• General supervision and control of the factory's activities and workers
• Regular HSE inspections, record keeping
• Self-initiation of corrective measures
• Developing and improving educational materials on HSE, delivering training sessions
• Other duties required by the immediate superior

• Minimum secondary level qualification in occupational safety and health
• Experience in a manufacturing company in the field of HSE
• Deep knowledge of occupational safety standards
• Fluent in English (B2) as well as knowledge and active use of professional English (at least occupational safety)
