HSE - Environmental Specialist (m/f/d)

• Operating, developing, and enforcing occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental protection systems
• Identifying risks and developing and monitoring preventive measures as well as regularly updating risk assessments
• Together with Production Managers, identify and record HSE training needs and provide company, departmental and individual level training and development for employees as required
• Develop, implement, and evaluate appropriate measures to improve HSE performance; raise HSE awareness and foster a safety-focused culture
• Participate in the development and refinement of the coordination of civil and military regulations
• Responsible for liaising with specialist advisors, occupational health specialists and specialist suppliers
• Participation in internal and external audits and inspections; addressing deficiencies 

• University degree in the area of HSE (occupational safety, fire protection or environmental engineering)
• 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Eticor
• Familiar with KIR, MEBIR systems
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
• Service-oriented approach
• Creativity
