WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Actively participating in the production line transfers from technology point of view
- Supervising one of the following competencies; screw tightening, welding, pressing, EOL testing
- Planning complete production and testing processes
- Support in the optimization of existing production layouts and workstations
- Support with technology planning, incl. feasibility studies and technology trials
- Interface communication with development and production planning for international projects
- Creation of production-related documents, such as work plans and work instructions
- Participate at FMEA and business excellence workshops
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, manufacturing/industrial engineering or comparable
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience in Lean Management/5S
- Experience in the creation and optimization of layouts
- Eperience with the following technologies: screw tightening, welding, pressing
- Initial experience in project management
- Very good written and spoken English and Hungarian language skills, German is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Openness, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a team
