WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Active participation in the operation and supervision of production lines from a LEAN perspective
- Leading the optimization of existing production layouts and workstations
- Creating VSM models for production lines
- Creating layouts using AutoCAD, visTABLE, and similar CAD software
- Creating standard documents and templates for engineering
- Liaising with development and production planning departments on international projects
- Creating and maintaining production-related documents, such as work plans and work instructions
- Organizing and moderating business excellence workshops
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, manufacturing/industrial engineering or comparable
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience in lean management/5S/business excellence
- Experience in the creation and optimization of layouts
- Eperience with the following technologies; screw tightening, welding, pressing
- Initial experience in project management
- Very good written and spoken English and Hungarian language skills, German is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Openness, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel
