About the Team

As an Integrated Logistic Support Manager (ILSM), you will work with a talented and experienced cross-functional team to achieve key project milestones in relation to the delivery of the BOXER vehicle to the Australian Government. This opportunity will play a key role in advancing Australia’s Defence capabilities and contribute to the security of the nation.

About the Role

The Integrated Logistic Support Manager (ILSM) is responsible for managing and ensuring delivery of complex ILS project deliveries as identified by contracted AUSDEFCON ILS CDRLs. The ILSM will be appointed the ILS project lead for major projects, managing a small team of ILS practitioners to achieve business and project outcomes, with emphasis on our landmark project, LAND 400 Ph 2.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes: 

• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Integrated Logistic Support;
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of ILS discipline specialists;
• Previous experience with an Integrated Master Scheduling tool such as Open Plan Professional;
• Proven experience in delivering high quality ILS documentation to enable the project to deliver to MSR’s and attain Final Acceptance on time and budget;
• Experience and knowledge of DEF(AUST)5691, DEF(AUST)5692, DEFLOGMAN;
• Ability to travel interstate and internationally when required; and
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
