WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Technical support for standardized IT software and hardware
- Creating and managing trouble tickets in the designated central ticket management system
- Maintaining order in the IT warehouse and monitoring equipment
inventories
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Secondary or higher education in IT
- 0–3 years´´ professional experience
- Conversational English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- ITIL mindset
