Logistic Support Analyst

About the Team

Our Integrated Logistic Support team sit as an important part of our wider Engineering team, producing and maintaining documentation related to our delivery of military platforms such as HX Trucks and Boxer CRV. As a Logistic Support Analyst, you will work in a small team, contributing to the development of logistics products to aid our customer throughout each platform’s lifecycle. The team currently have two vacancies, with a senior position within the team also available.

About the Role

As a Logistic Support Analyst, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of product support systems for a range of Rheinmetall products. Some of these tasks will include:

• Collaboration with engineering stakeholders to ensure ILS analysis is considered into product designs;
• Contributing to assessments of availability, reliability, maintainability and testability;
• Development of Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA);
• Populating and maintaining a Logistic Support Analysis Record (LSAR);
• Support development of lifecycle costing data;
• Managing, reviewing and distributing codification data (CDATA); and
• Preparing integrated logistics plans.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes: 

• Knowledge and/or experience with Integrated Logistics Support within Defence;
• Strong analysis capabilities and understanding of complex systems;
• Excellent problem solving abilities with effective communication style;
• Degree, Diploma or Trade Qualification in a relevant discipline and/or substantial relevant experience within ILS; and
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
