WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Coordinate the purchasing of production materials
- Proactively communicate with suppliers, especially during the yearly raw material planning
- Create analytics, supplier evaluation
- Work closely with production, license and logistics department
- Be aligned with strategies and company goals
- Determine the volume to be ordered and call off material from existing frame contracts
- Manage order confirmations and kick off escalation process upon need
- Communicate material changes with the suppliers
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of economics or similar
- Min 5 years purchasing experience
- ERP system knowledge (SAP preferred)
- Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, German is an advantage
- Good knowledge of common standard SW applications (e.g. MS-Office, SAP)
- Able to work on their own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Results-oriented
- Capability to work under pressure
