Offset Manager (m/f/d)

• Managing and coordinating offset and industrial cooperation obligations related to Rheinmetall projects and customer orders
• Monitoring offset commitments, milestones, deadlines and required documentation
• Coordinating offset projects with internal departments, local suppliers and industrial partners
• Identifying opportunities for local production, sourcing and industrial cooperation
• Supporting the evaluation and development of local industrial partners
• Preparing offset reports, business cases and project documentation
• Acting as interface towards customers, governmental authorities and external partners
• Monitoring project progress, risks and compliance with contractual requirements

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field
• Experience in Project Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Business Development or a related area
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience in Offset, Industrial Cooperation, Defense or a complex industrial environment is an advantage
• Very good English and Romanian language skills, both written and spoken
  • German language skills are an advantage
• Good MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage

Location: On-site, at our headquarters in Mediaș, Sibiu County. This is a full-time, office-based position — remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
