Production area leader (m/f/d)

• As a manager, you are responsible for the efficient operation of your area
• Fully comply with and enforce safety regulations
• Ensure the efficient planning, organization, and use of available resources
• Familiarity with the technological processes, machines, and equipment entrusted to them
• Ensure the efficient operation of machines and equipment and reduce losses
• Monitor production-related KPIs and ensure that they are achieved
• Monitor production-related processes in the SAP system
• Ensure the right quantity and quality of products by the specified deadline
• Maintain close cooperation with the supervisor, other area leaders, shift supervisors, and other departments
• Organize the operation of the area under his/her responsibility in accordance with the 5S criteria
• Active participation in the preparation of system and customer audits

• Higher education degree (BSc./MSc. engineering degree or comparable)
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years of work experience as a team leader / manager
• Knowledge of SAP (R3 and/or S/4Hana)
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
• Excellent communication, social and conflict management skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
