WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Executive manager and Capital Projects Team to develop and maintain reports, registers and various Governance Documentation.
- Assist with monitoring and coordinating Capital Projects and Expenses.
- Ensure Governance procedures are strictly followed.
- Maintain an up-to-date record repository.
- Assist with strict change control protocols.
- Assist with procurement and financial procedures.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- NQF 6 in Project Management or equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and scheduling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
- Strong administration skills.
- Ability to manage and control.
- Strong analytical skills
