WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Analyze customer requirements and communicate with relevant Rheinmetall departments and persons
- Prepare and support customer negotiations on requirements
- Manage the team maintaining requirements in the Requirement Handling System at various levels (Level 0 to Level 4)
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating the status
- Allocate resources efficiently
- Identify project risks based on the requirements and develop mitigation plans to address potential issues proactively
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed degree in engineering, management, or related field
- Several years of experience in requirement handling and project management
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non technical stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members, driving collaboration and innovation
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
