Team Lead Requirement Management (m/f/d)

• Management of requirements managers (m/f/d) and implementation of all supporting tasks for technical requirements management – project context as a core competence
• Development, improvement, testing, and training of requirements management within RLS system development
• Implementation and improvement of compliant access and data exchange from/to customers and partners (m/f/d) with regard to data and areas of requirements management
• Active support of ALM and PLM traceability

• Successfully completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering
• Several years of professional experience in requirement management
• Experience in setting up, implementing, and further developing RM systems
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
