Automotive Test Engineer (m/f/d)

• Definition and creation of required test data, derivation of test cases from requirements and test case execution
• Coordinate interface requirements with internal developers or development partners
• Carrying out vehicle tests with a focus on system and overall vehicle testing
• Participation in internal and external review meetings to check the testability of functional and technical requirements
• Documentation of development results and handling of deviations and errors
• Definition of test content, test environment and test methodology
• Carrying out re-tests and regression tests
• Adaptation and expansion of existing test methods in a dynamic environment

• Successful completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technical field of study, for example automotive engineering, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
• Previous professional experience in the field of vehicle testing
• Experience in working with DOORS and certification (ISTQB® and IREB®) is desirable
• Experience with CAN bus, general diagnostic tools and common automotive software tools, such as CANape and CANoe
• Solid knowledge in dealing with measuring equipment, such as voltage/current measurement
• Previous experience with electric vehicles desirable
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• A good technical understanding as well as curiosity and enthusiasm for future technologies and mobility solutions
• Independent working style, goal orientation and willingness to work and travel
