WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Manage and optimize the supply chain across our Division Sensors & Actuators
- Manage and represent our electronics team
- Lead a crossfunctional & virtual team
- Develop & implement a commodity strategy to rationalize our supplier base
- Reduce the plants' complexity and leverage the remaining suppliers
- Improve commodity availability forecast to enhance negotiation results
- Lead the risk analysis to mitigate and prevent disruptions in the supply chain
- Support our divisions on the most critical commodity shortages
- Ensure proper escalation and full capacity utilization in our plants
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed master studies in the field of electronics or equivalent
- Several years of (international) experience in a purchasing environment of a complex matrix organization
- Business fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional languages advantageous)
- Understanding our business portfolio, potential challenges & our customers' demands
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Ability to build strong collaborative environments and relationships
- Wilingness to travel >50%
