Finance Officer - Accounts Payable

About the Team

Reporting into the Finance Manager join a team of 6 agile professionals who has a great experience within Accounts Payable. This team is very collaborative and work are looking for a new person that is able to join the team to do the same.

About the Role

As a Finance Officer – Accounts Payable, we would be looking from someone that is able to run the accounts payable process from processing of invoices, preparing and processing accounts payable payments. You will have control of the creditor accounts and reconciliations of staff expense claims and credit cards reconciliations. You will also need to assist with the month end reporting requirements.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes: 

• Demonstrated experience in accounts payable and other general account practices;
• Experience with stakeholders and the reconciliation of the suppliers’ accounts;
• Experience with an ERP accounting system;
• Advanced MS office skills; and
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
