WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Within the maritime domain, the Integrated Product Support and After Sales department is responsible for the availability of the company's own products. The department's tasks include customer support in the in-service support phase for, for example, maritime training simulators and various maritime mission systems.

In your role as In-Service Support Manager (m/f/d), you will therefore be responsible for the holistic support of our customers and supply of our systems in this product life cycle phase. You will act as an interface for customer inquiries and the internal specialist departments for the maritime systems and products that are available to both military and civilian customers.

Your tasks:

  • Contact person for national/international customers for product-relevant service topics, such as spare parts supply, repairs, field service assignments, customer training or further developments
  • Development of attractive solution proposals and service offers
  • Negotiation, creation and implementation of service contracts/services
  • Planning, communication and coordination with the specialist departments and external partners involved in the project
  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of services
  • Sustainable maintenance of customer contacts from current service contracts
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Successfully completed technical or business studies or training with several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field
  • Basic technical understanding of the integration of IT components is desirable
  • Ability to work in a team and assertiveness
  • Confident appearance in front of customers as well as good communication and organizational skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel worldwide for several days
