Inhouse (non-) Senior Application Manager SAP WM-MM (m/f/d)

• Responsible for SAP module support and customizing, primarily for the WM and MM modules (LO, LE)
• Active participation in 2nd level support for incident management and change management as well as contact person for key users
• Coordination and ticket dispatching in incident and change management
• Coordination and control of external IT service providers in the context of ensuring ongoing operations and IT project work operations and IT project work
• Advising and supporting our business partners in the context of process-related support and optimization, new development and design of business processes in the area of logistics/warehouse management and their
• systemic implementations within the applications
• Collaboration in the creation of technical solution/implementation concepts and realignment of existing applications, primarily in the area of logistics
• Support in the implementation and testing of software components and developments

The position can be filled at the locations Berlin, Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß, Bremen, and Neuenstadt.

• Successfully completed University degree in business informatics or similar training with a comparable background
• Several years of professional experience in consulting and application management, particularly in the SAP environment, as well as in managing external service providers and coordinating internal colleagues
• Several years of comprehensive knowledge in the area of operation and user support of logistics-related applications (SAP and non-SAP)
• Extensive knowledge of business processes in the area of warehouse and inventory management as well as related logistics processes and in the area of business process modeling as well as (IT) project management and ITIL
• Good to very good knowledge of SAP WM and MM (customizing, debugging and, at best, programming knowledge)
• Knowledge of S/4HANA, e.g. from implementation projects based on SAP Activate and in the support of SAP and non-SAP interfaces desirable
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
• Intercultural competence and project-related willingness to travel internationally (10-20%)
