WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Join our Rheinmetall Automecanica team as an Investment Controller, who will support an effective financial planning, monitoring and control of the investment project, supporting plant investment decisions and budget compliance.
Location: On-site, at our headquarters in Mediaș, Sibiu County. This is a full-time, office-based position — remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

- Coordinate CAPEX budgeting and forecasting
- Review investment requests and financial business cases
- Evaluate investment requests
- Monitor actual investments vs budget and forecast
- Analyze deviations, risks and potential budget overruns
- Track projects from approval to completion, including capitalization
- Prepare CAPEX reports and KPIs for management
- Cooperate with different departments (engineering, production, procurement, facility and accounting)
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance or a similar role
- Experience with CAPEX planning, investment controlling and project controlling
- Previous exposure to budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Good English and Romanian language skills; German is an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
