WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Involvement in series and pre-series projects
- Project-related management of the employees in the Planning and Control department
- Responsibility for quality, costs and deadlines as well as risk management in the Operations department
- Supervision of the time and quantity structure in quotation and order discussion
- Planning the set-up of production processes
- Scheduling of relevant milestones
- Preparation of project status reports, proposals for action and risk reports
- Regular coordination of work packages in the Operations sub-project team
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or comparable field of study
- Certification of project manager is advantageous
- Independent and self-reliant way of working
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills
- Willingness to business travel
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Romanian
